If you are in need of assistance due to Hurricane Ike and live in the Clear Creek Independent School District, please call us at (281) 332-3881 to make an appointment for food, clothing and other household items.

Please bring proof of residency and one form of ID for every member in your household.

Examples of accepted ID’s include:

• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Birth Certificate

Examples of Proof of Residency include:

• Utility Bill
• Lease
• Deed
